As of September 2022, Argeville has implemented its four-day workweek protocol across all locations. Introduced in 1998 on the Mougins site, the company shared that this social innovation is part of a concern for well-being among the 315 employees of the SME.

Designed to align with Argeville's CEO, Xavier Ardizio's "Let's Dare" spirit, the measure is said to be a step toward establishing a more collaborative and cross-functional way of working to encourage the internal mobility of talent.

The Bangkok factory remains open five days a week, with staff schedules adapted to the specific constraints of the departments concerned. With the mission of allowing the company to maintain its efficiency in terms of production volume and delivery times while putting the well-being of its employees at the heart of its concerns.
