
On September 30, 2025, Givaudan announced its intention to acquire US-based fragrance house Belle Aire Creations. The transaction is aligned with Givaudan’s 2030 strategy to extend its customer reach.
Founded in 1982, Belle Aire Creations is a full-service fragrance manufacturer delivering innovations in perfumery and malodor technology. The company is based in the Midwest, creating a central hub to serve a broad and diverse range of customers across the United States. Further, Belle Aire Creations has made strategic investments in talent, technology and resources to drive growth in the fragrance industry.
“The acquisition of Belle Aire Creations represents an exciting milestone for Givaudan as we continue our journey to deliver long-term sustainable growth,” said Givaudan’s chief executive officer Gilles Andrier. “Their strong customer partnerships and entrepreneurial spirit align perfectly with our vision and values.”
Full terms of the acquisition deal will not be disclosed, according to the company’s press release. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025 or early in 2026. Givaudan plans to fund the transaction with existing resources.
