KAYALI Launches First Dedicated Website, Announces 5X Retail Expansion

Fragrance brand KAYALI announced the launch of its first-ever dedicated website as well as a large retail expansion in the United States. The brand grew its retail footprint by five times, increasing from 200 to 1,100 Sephora at Kohl’s stores.

The brand’s website is currently only available in the mainland United States and the United Kingdom. According to the press release, there are plans to expand into additional markets, including the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, France, Germany and the Netherlands in the coming months.

“Launching KAYALI.com is a dream come true for me,” said founder and chief executive officer Mona Kattan. “From the very beginning, our mission has been to connect with our community in the most authentic and inspiring way possible, and this new platform allows us to do just that. KAYALI.com is more than just a website; it’s a home for fragrance lovers everywhere.”

KAYALI’s new website features the innovative Fragrance Finder, an interactive tool designed to help customers find their perfect scent match. The tool combines personal preferences with personality traits to determine the perfect KAYALI scent.

Additionally, KAYALI is reintroducing its beloved Musk | 12 Eau de Parfum as an exclusive release through its new platform. Launched in 2018, Musk | 12 is one of four original fragrances introduced by the brand.

“When I was working on Musk | 12, I wanted to create a fragrance that was loved by all but smells different on each wearer, giving it a signature quality,” said perfumer Harry Fremont. “I combined sheer white floralcy, an overdose of musks along with smooth, addictive dry down to achieve a scent that is undeniably feminine, yet powerful.”

The brand hopes that the launch of a dedicated website coupled with the retail expansion will help inspire and educate consumers while creating a seamless shopping experience.

“KAYALI.com will be our global digital flagship, designed to broaden our reach and deepen our connection with our community,” said global president Jessica Hanson. “We are so excited to share the inspiration behind Mona’s creation of the brand and have a dedicated platform for storytelling of our growing collection of unique scents.”
