Mane Announces Presidents of North American Flavor and Fragrance Divisions

On July 11, 2022, Mane announced the appointment of Amy McDonald as president of the North American Flavor Division. McDonald is an award-winning global leader and food industry executive with over 30 years of experience in the flavor, food ingredient and pharma/biotech markets.

McDonald is a scientist by background and began her career in the laboratory. In having led multimillion-dollar companies at the executive level, she has been honored by Fortune’s Great Workplace for ALL Leadership Award and named to Crain’s list of “Notable Women in Manufacturing.”

McDonald joins Tathiana Remick, who was appointed president, Fragrance Division, North America in October 2021, to round out the team of women that will lead Mane North America. Remick is a strategic and experienced business leader with a proven track record of over 20 years in developing collaborative teams.

Remick started at Mane in finance and over the past two decades with the organization has expanded into commercial and R&D leadership roles in which she has managed both the Fine Fragrance and Consumer Goods businesses.

Remick and McDonald are both board members domestically, as well as part of the Mane Global Management Team.
