The two key olfactive directions identified by Scentmate reflect cultural shifts, emotional needs and lifestyle aspirations through fine fragrance.

Autumn/Winter 2025 Fine Fragrance Trends

Tutti Fruity - Juicy Winter: This olfactive trend is all about gourmand-fruity compositions: juicy cherry, ripe banana, almond and tonka, that evoke festive indulgence and nostalgic joy. These scents are playful yet sophisticated, designed to be layered and personalized. They align perfectly with the sensoriality trend, offering vibrant textures and expressive profiles that turn fragrance into a daily act of self-care.

Examples: Banana Split by Jousset Parfums, Cherry Smoke by Tom Ford

Precious Nectar - Delighting Holidays: On the other end of the spectrum, this trend leans into comfort and cocooning, with notes of honey, amber, tea leaves and caramel. These fragrances are soothing, sensual and emotionally rich, perfect for slow routines and introspective moments. They reflect the mindful scent movement, offering a sense of sanctuary and storytelling through warm, enveloping compositions.

Examples: Honey Infused Hair Perfume by Gisou, Tobacco Honey by Guerlain.
