In March 2023, Moellhausen debuted its Italian Iconics fragrance collection at InCosmetics in Barcelona. The collection was created in-house by the company's perfumers and inspired by five representative cities of the Bel Paese—Milan, Venice, Rome, Naples and Palermo. 

Moellhausen posted to Facebook, "[The Italian Iconics collection is a] unique olfactory experience that encompasses some of the most rooted and steady values of Italian culture and of Moellhausen company: passion, enthusiasm, excellence, entrepreneurship, creativity and art."
