The latest is Laura Geller Beauty, which has launched its first-ever fragrance, Tuscan Sun Eau de Toilette, created by Givaudan perfumer Jacques Huclier.

Inspired by founder Laura Geller’s longstanding connection to Italy and annual travels there, Tuscan Sun captures the sensory ease of la dolce vita. Huclier built the composition around a bright opening of Italian lemon, followed by a creamy floral heart and a warm base of amber and vanilla. The resulting profile moves from sparkling citrus into soft floralcy before settling into a smooth, enveloping drydown designed to evoke the golden-hour warmth of Tuscany.

Geller and her team spent more than a year developing the fragrance with Huclier, drawing on customer feedback from several panels to refine the scent. The process was intended to ensure that the fragrance felt as personal and approachable as the brand’s makeup.

The launch reflects a broader trend across beauty, as brands outside traditional fragrance categories increasingly turn to scent as a way to extend their identities and engage consumers through emotion and sensory experience. For Laura Geller Beauty, fragrance offers another avenue for its longstanding focus on confidence and feeling good, with Geller describing Tuscan Sun as a scent designed to evoke relaxation, ease and the feeling of a Tuscan getaway.

The Italian inspiration also extends to the bottle. Its gold-tone cap references classic Roman columns, while a rounded base is designed to sit comfortably in the hand, responding to customer requests for more ergonomic packaging.

Tuscan Sun is available in full-size and travel formats, as well as a duo, through Laura Geller Beauty.
