At FlavourTalk, more than 50 exhibitors showcased the latest flavor building blocks and innovation platforms designed to support emerging consumer trends and inspire the next generation of food and beverage creations. 

Two months later, SIMPPAR transformed the heart of Grasse into an open-air celebration of perfumery ingredients. The latest edition took place May 26–27, 2026, marking only the second time the fragrance raw materials exhibition has been held in the world-renowned perfume capital. 

Building on the momentum of the record-setting 2025 event in Paris, which attracted more than 4,000 entries and nearly 350 perfumers, the show adopted an immersive destination format centered around Grasse’s rich perfumery heritage.

Beyond the exhibition floor, attendees participated in networking events including the traditional SIMPPAR cocktail reception and a closing garden party hosted by the City of Grasse. The destination experience was further enhanced through guided tours organized by the Grasse Tourist Office, offering visitors access to local rose fields, perfume crop cultivation sites and the International Perfume Museum, highlighting the region’s deep connection to fragrance creation and raw material production.
