Vibrant Ingredients, formerly Florida Food Products, has appointed Marie Wright as chief science and innovation officer, bringing more than 35 years of experience in food, beverage, flavor, formulation and product innovation to the role.

Wright will oversee the company's technical teams and integrated ingredient portfolio, working with sales and marketing to translate customer needs and emerging market opportunities into customized solutions. Her appointment supports Vibrant's strategy to combine expertise in natural flavors, botanical extracts, functional nutrition and formulation to develop clean label ingredient solutions.
The company aims to strengthen collaboration across its technical capabilities to help customers address complex product development challenges while balancing taste, efficacy and product performance.
