To celebrate the spring-time, brands are launching their newest flavors from ice cream to cookies and everything in-between.

Here are some of Perfumer & Flavorist+’s favorite new sweet treats.

Ice Cream

Baskin-Robbins has launched a new oatmilk-based, vegan-friendly flavor of the month, non-dairy strawberry streusel. The flavor is an oatmilk base with strawberry, cinnamon granola and crumbly streusel throughout. 

Ben & Jerry's has launched Totally Unbaked, a new limited-batch ice cream flavor. The flavor has chocolate and vanilla ice cream with brownie batter swirls and gobs of chocolate chip cookie dough.

McDonald's has announced the launch of its newest McFlurry flavor, caramel brownie, available for a limited time starting May 3, 2021. The new addition features McDonald's vanilla dairy soft serve mixed with brownie pieces and caramel topping.

N!ck's has expanded its Swedish-style light ice cream with the launch of four new flavors in its new vegan ice cream bundle. The bundle is lactose and animal-free.

Cookies and Bars

N!ck's has also launched a Swedish-style snack baravailable in the flavor Choklad Peanot, and contains nougat, caramel and peanuts covered in rich chocolate. 

Tiff's Treats, a cookie delivery service that caters to cities across the nation, has added the double chocolate chip cookie to its permanent flavor lineup.

Stuffed Puffs, the filled marshmallow company, has launched its newest flavor of cookies and creme, as well as new resealable bags. It combines the taste of vanilla marshmallow stuffed with white creme and chocolate cookie crunch.

Snickers is adding to its brownie line with the launch of Snickers Almond Brownie & Dark Chocolate. The newest flavor will have a chewy brownie filling, mixed with chopped almonds and topped with a layer of caramel, all coated in dark chocolate.
