Mane has obtained its Happy Trainees label for the 4th consecutive year, rising to 10th place out of the 138 best companies for internships and apprenticeships.

A total of 83 student interns and apprentices were interviewed, 90% of whom partook in the survey.

The main positive points include:
- Feeling motivated by the responsibilities given
- Professionalism of managers/tutors 
- Compensation 
- Sense of pride 
- Career development opportunities within the company
