According to a report by Business Wire,the North American savory snacks market size is forecast to increase to $59.25 billion by 2028, growing at a CAGR of 6.1%.

Here are the latest flavor launches in the savory and spicy snack trend.

Goldfish announced the limited edition Jalapeno Popper flavored crackers and collaboration with JNCO to create limited edition Goldfish Jalapeno Popper JNCO jeans with pockets big enough for a bag of Goldfish.

Mountain Dew released the Flamin’ Hot flavor exclusively on its website, a sweet, citrus flavor combined with spice.

Doritos released a Flamin' Hot Queso flavor to its Dinamita line, a rolled chip combing spicey and cheesy flavors.

Pringles launched the Scorchin' Sour Cream & Onion flavor, which has a smoky cayenne pepper taste.

Takis expanded its offering beyond rolled tortilla chips, adding five new brand extensions, including Waves, Watz, Pop!, Stix and Hot Nuts.

PeaTos launched three new tortilla chip flavors—Nacho Cheese, Zesty Ranch and vegan Fiery Nacho. This continues the company's market strategy of offering healthier, pea-based versions of traditional snack powerhouses like Doritos, Cheetos and Funyuns.

Doritos and Buffalo Wild Wings have partnered on a snack-inspired sauce, Doritos Spicy Sweet Chili, which combines the taste of chicken wings and Doritos and features flavors like flavors of soy sauce, brown sugar, onion, garlic and paprika.
