Edlong is investing $10 million to expand its corporate campus in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, with a new 35,000-square-foot operations center and plans to modernize its customer innovation center beginning in 2027. The investment is designed to strengthen the company's manufacturing, logistics and R&D capabilities while supporting growing global demand for its dairy taste technologies.

The first phase of the expansion includes an increase in warehousing capacity and operational efficiency, enabling faster customer response and future growth, per the company. A second phase, scheduled to begin in mid-2027, will upgrade Edlong's research, pilot, flavor and application laboratories, along with its culinary kitchen, creating an enhanced collaborative space for product development.
