Photographer Mert Alas has launched Seventy One Gin, a perfume-inspired gin, per The Spirits Business.

Seventy One Gin is said to have notes of oak wood, dark chocolate, cognac and pedro ximenes casks. It is matured for 71 days in three types of oak: virgin casks from Spain, PX Sherry barrels and French oak.
The 700 ml bottle retails for £140.
