In preparation for its 2022 Vancouver Conference on October 9 - 13, IFEAT will be using the online platform Whova as the live delegate list.

Attendees can download the mobile app or access it from the web platform on desktop. The app can be used to:
- Arrange in-person meetings for Vancouver through the platform or virtual meetings with other attendees via video call and chat.
- Access the event agenda.
- Visit exhibitor and sponsors areas on the platform. Exhibitor can add a showcase video and documents now.
- Create and converse via the community board.
- Receive updates on last-minute changes from organizers.
- Invite others to register for the conference.
