Royal DSM has notified the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets of the change in its issued share capital.
Royal DSM has cancelled 6,638,971 million ordinary shares, concluding the reduction in share capital following the share buyback program executed in the period April 2019 to February 2020.

The total number of issued shares is reduced to 218,826,029 (previously 225,465,000), consisting of 174,786,029 ordinary shares and 44,040,000 cumulative preference shares A.
