Provided by this invention is an oil or fat composition for dried laver seaweed sheets that enables the production of a Korean-style-flavored dried laver seaweed sheet with an enhanced salty flavor, even after storage.
The composition contains at least one organic acid selected from the group consisting of: ascorbic acid, erythorbic acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid and malic acid and salts thereof, or a salt of the organic acid.
