On April 8, 2025, The Fragrance Foundation announced the finalists for the 2025 Fragrance Foundation Awards, as well as the winners of five categories. The announcement was made at a luncheon in New York, building excitement for the foundation’s awards event in June.
“The April luncheon is a symbolic moment for the US fragrance industry, as it marks the countdown to the industry’s most prestigious awards ceremony, The Fragrance Foundation Awards,” said president Linda G. Levy. “To be a finalist for these coveted awards signifies to the industry and community the recognition of being one of the very best fragrances across multiple categories.”
In addition to announcing the finalists and winners, The Fragrance Foundation also revealed the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Perfumer: Daniela Andrier, master perfumer at Givaudan. The luncheon also featured the presentation of the inaugural TFF Leadership Award to Dr. Joyce F. Brown, president of the Fashion Institute of Technology.
“[The luncheon] is also a moment for us to celebrate the creative contributions of an esteemed perfumer such as Daniela Andrier and, for the first time in our history, present an award to Dr. Joyce F. Brown for her visionary leadership in fragrance education and expanding the degree program at FIT, as she plans to retire this spring,” explained Levy.
Winners in the remaining 14 categories will be revealed at the awards ceremony on June 5, 2025.
