In the publication's annual Management Top 250 ranking, ADM is ranked No. 49 on the list, having moved up several places from its No. 106 ranking in 2021. Now in the top 50, ADM is among organizations like Medtronic, ProLogis and Colgate-Palmolive.

“Credit for this recognition goes to the entire ADM team, which has performed exceptionally well in a challenging global environment,” said ADM chairman and CEO Juan Luciano.

“ADM is a pillar of the entire global food system, and our team truly rose to the challenge in 2022 to help provide people around the world with access to the fundamental nutrition they need.”

The ranking, compiled by the Drucker Institute, evaluates U.S. companies with shares traded on the New York Stock Exchange or Nasdaq Stock Market. Candidates must also meet specific criteria related to both value and prominence. Each rank is based on five key areas to determine each company's position. Those include customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility and financial strength.
