Fragrance Creators Association Names Scott Rodrigue to Board of Directors

On September 3, 2025, the Fragrance Creators Association (FCA) announced the appointment of Scott Rodrigue, chief R&D and innovation officer for fabric and home care, flavor and fragrances at Procter & Gamble (P&G), to its board of directors. 

Rodrigue has over 35 years of experience in the consumer goods space. He currently directs P&G’s fabric and home care engine, which includes brands such as Tide, Ariel, Downy, Gain and Fabreeze. He has demonstrated his global leadership skills and helped translate breakthrough science into growth and consumer benefits. 

“I’m honored to join FCA’s board,” Rodrigue said. “FCA’s values-driven leadership and proven record of positive consumer impact – by advancing marketplace policies that reward innovation and ethical business practices – make a real difference. I look forward to helping the association enrich lives, responsibly and at scale.”
