Flavor solutions manufacturer FONA International has announced that its company has ranked #44 on Fortune magazine’s Best Workplaces for Women.
The Fortune magazine Best Workplace for Women award is given to companies that ensure a positive workplace for women and promotes diversity in its work culture. FONA received the high-ranking after female employees responded positively to a survey about the level of trust, pride and camaraderie at the company. Results indicated that 99% rate the company's communication as "excellent," and 98% rated the atmosphere as “great.”
“To be ranked in the top 100 of best workplaces for women is an unprecedented honor, especially when you look at the size and stature of the companies in the list,” said executive vice president, Amy McDonald. “We are thrilled.
