Erlab is celebrating 50 years of inventing and manufacturing chemical filtration products this year.
Motivated by a need for lab safety, Francois P. Hauville started the company in 1968 and introduced the first ductless filtering fume hood to the industry. Since then, the company has been manufacturing and selling products around the globe, with projected sales of over $20 million in 2018. In celebration of this milestone, the company invited employees, customers and business partners to the company’s headquarters in Val de Reuil for a tour of the facility and gala dinner.

We have come a long way since the business was started in 1968 and are very excited about our future as the company continues to innovate, engineer and manufacture safety devices to protect laboratory personnel from breathing dangerous chemical fumes." said Stephane Hauville, CEO of Erlab, during the celebration.
