The gourmand character of Velberry (CAS# 13431-57-7) combines soft and powdery notes with red fruits. It is a fresh, sweet, fruity, raspberry ingredient with woody and green undertones. Velberry has an excellent blooming effect, works perfectly in all wet stages and can be used as a building block to round off formulations.
