The deal effectively expands Give Back Beauty's stable of licenses and distribution.

Fragrance accounts for 70% of Give Back Beauty's revenues; combined, the two companies had 2024 sales of 400 million euros.
Give Back Beauty reportedly is not currently planning to go public.
The deal comes amid a boom in fragrances. In the U.S. market, prestige fragrance sales boomed 14% in 2024 through September, with units jumping 12%, according to Circana.
