Scent Beauty has appointed Yoana Land as CFO, adding more than two decades of beauty, consumer, private equity and business transformation experience to the company’s leadership team.
Land spent 10 years in senior finance and transformation roles at L’Oréal and most recently served as a CFO advisor and operating partner at Warburg Pincus. In her new role, she will support Scent Beauty’s financial and operational growth as the company expands its portfolio across the celebrity, fashion and lifestyle fragrance categories.
Scent Beauty’s current brand portfolio includes fragrances associated with Sabrina Carpenter, Megan Moroney, Stetson and Dolly Parton, among others. The appointment comes as CEO and President Steve Mormoris continues to build out the company’s leadership team and scale its fragrance business.
Land’s appointment adds senior financial and transformation expertise to Scent Beauty as it navigates an expanding brand portfolio and global growth strategy.
