Bell Flavors & Fragrances has announced new Spark trends for 2018.
Spark is a resource for new and emerging consumer trends, flavors and fragrance inspirations. Flavor trends include consumers making “healthy-ish” decisions, Mediterranean flavors and food from China’s eight culinary regions.
Among the fragrance trends are classic notes from the French countryside, scents from America’s less-traveled destinations and “the scents that can only be discovered as you flip through the pages of a novel.”
