Natural Advantage introduces natural furfuryl mercaptan (FEMA# 2493, CAS# 98-02-2). Furfuryl mercaptan is found in both coffee and cooked beef. Upon dilution, it can be described as burnt, caramellic, coffee, meaty and savory. Specifically reminiscent of French roasted coffee, this natural furfuryl mercaptan would work great in applications for coffee, cocoa, chocolate, mocha and roasted beef. Recommended use level: 0.0001-0.5 ppm. EU and U.S. natural, kosher, non-GMO.
