All of the company’s business segments recorded growth during the year. The taste segment generated $194.7 million in revenue, up 43.6%. The fragrance segment grew 41.5% to $49.4 million, while the specialty fine ingredients segment increased 68.1% to $31.0 million.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue rose 35.8% year over year to $74.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased 31.2% to $16.6 million, operating profit grew 19.6% to $10.5 million and net income rose 32.7% to $6.0 million.
As of early 2026, the company said its operations reflect an annual revenue run rate exceeding $300 million, underscoring the expansion of its global business. At year-end, Turpaz reported $143 million in cash and a net debt coverage ratio of 0.5, positioning the company to continue pursuing acquisitions and growth in global flavors, fragrances and specialty ingredients markets.
