On October 13, 2022, The Fashion Group International (FGI) held its 38th annual Night of Stars gala and awards ceremony, the fashion advocacy group tapped a roster of high-profile presenters at Casa Cipriani at Cipriani South Street, and honored a list of “Artists and Icons" including Michael Kors, Dionne Warwick, Christian Siriano, Prabal Gurung, Elvis Presley, and even fragrance's own, Ilaria Resta.
Firmenich's global president, Perfumery, Ilaria Resta accepted the Sustainability Award, presented by Deepak Chopra.
Maryanne Grisz, FGI president and CEO, stated, “From the beginning, Fashion Group International has always nurtured and celebrated professional excellence and outstanding achievement in our field. It is our honor to gather our peers, members, and supporters to recognize this year’s FGI Night of Stars honorees, each a stand-out artist and an icon using their platform to create, to inspire, and to effect change.”
FGI Night of Stars ticket proceeds supported the organization’s mission to connect, support, and empower members across the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and retail sectors around the globe, through a range of educational and mentorship programs, signature events, networking opportunities, business resources, and philanthropic partnerships.
