Beautyworld Dubai opens October 6 for its milestone 30th edition, with fragrance taking a larger role across the Dubai World Trade Centre show floor and conference program.
The fragrance category has more than tripled in size since 2017, reaching more than 19,000 square meters in 2026 with more than 220 exhibitors. French Avenue, Riffs, Afnan, Lattafa and Armaf are among the participating fragrance names, joined by Kuwait’s Gissah and Saudi Arabia’s Al Majed for Oud, which is exhibiting at the show for the first time.
The expanded footprint also brings the fragrance supply chain together, with ingredient and fragrance houses including Givaudan, dsm-firmenich, Symrise, Takasago, CPL Aromas and MANE represented alongside finished-fragrance brands. Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics will debut its new fragrance range at the event, while AI perfumery company Scentronix will showcase technology used in the scent experience at Dubai’s Museum of the Future.
On the education side, the Next in Fragrance program will examine the forces reshaping perfumery, including neo-gourmand, younger fragrance consumers, alcohol-free and “skinified” scent, and emerging trends for the year ahead. Master perfumers Aurélien Guichard of Takasago and Matière Première and Louis Vuitton’s Jacques Cavallier Belletrud are also scheduled for in-depth conversations on the craft of perfumery.
Natural Notes returns for its second edition, bringing natural-ingredient producers together with fragrance brands and the wider industry. The program, delivered with Resperfuma, will culminate in a panel exploring how producers and brands can build longer-term value across the supply chain.
Beautyworld Dubai runs October 6–8 at Dubai World Trade Centre, positioning its largest-ever dedicated fragrance footprint alongside a program focused on the business, technology and evolving consumer dynamics shaping the category.
