The Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce (WFFC) Cincinnati Chapter will bring flavor, fragrance, art and culinary discovery together at its second annual Masquerade, set for October 15 at Relevance Event Center in Mason, Ohio. Presented in partnership with the Ohio Valley Research Chefs Association (OVRCA), the event will celebrate Día de los Muertos through an immersive exploration of regional Mexican cuisine and culture.
Guests will travel through five distinct regions of Mexico via curated food stations led by OVRCA chefs and culinary experts, highlighting regional ingredients, flavors and traditions. Interactive experiences will extend beyond food to explore art, fragrance, sweets and other sensory elements associated with the celebration.
The evening also includes an open bar, live music from Cincinnati’s Ethan and Joey Band and a VIP experience. Fifty percent of each VIP donation will benefit Welcome House of Northern Kentucky.
