The National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) will feature ingredient selections, trends and brand development for beverage applications for its winter meeting. The event will take place on February 18, 2016, at Nanina's In the Park in Belleville, New Jersey from 8:30 AM to 3 PM.
The program will feature a live demonstration by Andy del Rosal, Bacardi, vice president and managing director; and Shelley Menzi, senior beverage scientist, Bacardi-Martini product development, who will present Bacardi's various innovation developments.
A four-course luncheon with wine pairings will conclude the event.
Meeting registration is $165 for members ($195 for non-members). Tickets include breakfast, presentation, interactive tastings, lunch and wine pairings.
