On February 28, 2025, Global Essence announced that its recent acquisition, EarthFall Essentials, will rebrand to e-commerce platform The eScential Group. The rebranded company is expected to launch in April 2025. 

The eScential Group will continue to offer the same flavor and fragrance products to its customers coupled with a new e-commerce platform to simplify the purchasing process. The new website will also include trial samples, informational blog posts videos relating to its products. Company officials hope this streamlined approach will allow customers to have quick and convenient access to products and their relating information.
