
On June 5. 2024, Givaudan's chief executive officer (CEO), Gilles Andrier, was ushered into The Fragrance Foundation (TFF) Hall of Fame during its annual awards ceremony in New York City.
Under his leadership, Givaudan has expanded globally, acquired more than 20 companies, and grown from 5,000 to more than 16,000 people. During that time, the valuation of the company has multiplied by 10 to CHF 35 billion. A release by Givaudan reads, "He has redefined the company’s strategic direction making Givaudan a global leader in Fragrance & Beauty and Taste & Well-being, and left an indelible mark on the fragrance industry."
