David Michael & Co.’s (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) employees Peggy Pellichero, senior food technologist - dairy team leader; Beth Braciszewski, dairy applications - project leader; and Ryan Knapp, pilot plant technologist; have been awarded certified operator certificates by MicroThermics Inc.
The three are the first individuals to be awarded this certificate, after having completed the extensive training required for certification in the use of the MicroThermics processor. In addition to their experience, the certification required a written test and demonstrated hands-on proficiency in both the operation and troubleshooting of the MicroThermics processing equipment.
