Douglas GmbH Acquires 103 Perfumerías If Establishments

German company Douglas GmbH completed a deal with the Eroski group to acquire numerous Perfumerías If establishments, though the agreement awaits approval from the National Market and Competition Commission. According to Eroski, the deal includes maintenance of the jobs in all centers and labor conditions for the workers.

The terms of the deal have not been released.
