Sonic Drive-In Taps Sparkling Water Trend

Sonic Drive-In has announced the addition of Sonic Fruit Fizz, a sparkling water beverage, to its menu.

Similar to other sparkling water beverages, the Sonic Fruit Fizz is a lightly sweetened beverage that claims no artificial flavors and low calories. The beverage is also currently available in strawberry peach, mango lime and raspberry lemon flavors.

"Sonic’s Fruit Fizz is a flavorful sparkling water, which capitalizes on the booming sparkling water trend,” said Scott Uehlein, vice president of product innovation and development. "Whether it is a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime or real strawberry, this refreshing sparkling water gives you a guilt-free beverage, while keeping flavor front and center.”
