Perfumer & Flavorist notes the unfortunate passing of Kenneth Garretson Voorhees, Jr. (Gary Voorhees, Jr.), former president of Ungerer & Company.
After attending Colgate University, Voorhees joined the family business in 1957 and later went on to succeed his father as the president of Ungerer and Company. Under his leadership, he helped expand the company’s global reach and enhanced its flavor and fragrance capabilities.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at Spring Brook Country Club in Morristown, New Jersey, on June 26, 2019, from 12-4 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in his name for the Raptor Trust.
