Flavor Producers Acquires Flavormatic Industries

Flavor Producers, LLC (Flavor Producers) has announced its acquisition of Flavormatic Industries, Inc., (Flavormatic) of Wappingers Falls, New York.

The acquisition includes all intellectual property, including Flavormatic’s flavor library, equipment, customer and supplier lists, and brands. It will also give Flavor Producers access to new markets where the company hopes to complement Flavormatic flavors with new organic and natural flavors, including coffee.
