This poses a significant threat due to the widespread use of citrus ingredients in many products.
The "Navigating Regulations & Rising Prices in Citrus Oils" panel is set for day two, October 9, of Flavorcon 2024 (www.flavorcon.com). We've enlisted panelists to weigh in on woes in the citrus segment.
