Mark Webster has four decades of experience in the flavor & fragrance industry and demonstrated success in creating shareholder value via strategic development, building bridges to cross functional teams, and executing business plans to ensure success in placing the customer first. Prior to T. Hasegawa, Mark was the VP of Sales & Business Development at Flavor Infusion (now Symrise) and led the expansion of the company’s move in the beverage flavorings market in the U.S. and Central America. Previously, Mark held a long succession of leadership roles within International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., from multinational customer portfolio management to Managing Director/General Management with roles in the USA, Western Europe, Asia Pacific, and Central & Eastern Europe in both Flavors and Fragrances. He earned his BA in International Business & Marketing from Regis University and holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management in Phoenix, AZ.
