Flavor can be described as green, woody, minty, with herbal and floral nuances. beta-Damascone has a powerful fruity, floral odor reminiscent of rose mingled with plum, black currant, honey, and tobacco. Used in rose, tea, tobacco and fruit flavors. Used at 0.01 to 1.0 ppm as consumed. EU and U.S. natural, kosher, non-GMO and vegetarian.
