
On Thursday, February 15, 2018, the National Association of Flavors and Food-Ingredient Systems (NAFFS) will hold its winter meeting. It will be held from 10:00 am-3:00 pm at Nanina’s In The Park in Belleville, New Jersey.
The day will commence registration and a networking breakfast at 10 am, followed by an interactive tasting session from non-alcoholic spirit distiller Seedlip at 11 am, during which founder Ben Branson will discuss the challenges of creating a new beverage category. The meeting will end with a four-course luncheon with wine pairings.
