Flavorcon registration is now open. The conference has announced its first confirmed speakers, including:
- Marie Wright, vice president and chief global flavorist, Wild Flavors: Wright will present "Rebooting Creativity for Flavor Development," which will focus on creative atmospheres within flavor teams and conclude with a practical exercise highlighting rapid prototyping and teamwork.
- Judith Michalski, senior flavorist, Abelei Flavors, and P&F columnist; Michalski and a panel of fellow flavor experts will present a live evaluation of new and unique flavoring materials, during which the audience will participate in assessing and offering feedback.
- John Wright, consulting flavor chemist and P&F columnist; Wright will discuss the application of flavor materials, as well as issues impacting the industry.
More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
Flavorcon provides the tools and information that formulators and product developers need to create smarter, better and differently. The event will take place November 15–17, 2015, at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Tabletop Exhibition Announced
