The acquisition of Aromatic Ingredients (AI) complements Ixom’s recent acquisition of Australian Botanical Products (ABP) and supports its expansion within the growing essential oils market segment. AI will join ABP within Ixom’s Life Sciences business unit and will eventually become part of ABP at its Hallam site.

ABP is a supplier and manufacturer of essential oils and blended ingredients that underpin health, wellness and personal care brands in Australia and abroad. Ixom’s Life Sciences business also consists of other leading industry brands such as Bronson & Jacobs, a distributor of ingredients to the Food & Beverage and Health & Personal Care segments, and Keith Harris, a locally based developer and manufacturer of flavors and fragrances.
Ixom is also a water treatment and chemical distribution in Australia and New Zealand, with an increasing presence throughout Southeast Asia and North America.
