Fashion brand Miu Miu announced the launch of Miutine, a new feminine fragrance with a chypre signature and fruity gourmand twist.
The name Miutine comes from the French word “mutine,” meaning rebellion. The brand states that the fragrance captures the “irreverent spirit” and “sweet rebellion” of its wearer.
“The composition invites self-affirmation and confidence, creating a perfume for oneself away from any gaze,” said master perfumer Dominique Ropion. “This colorful and modern composition captures the essence of the Miu Miu girl. I started from a classic and I twisted it with a surprising resonance, a harmony of mischievous freshness and opulent sensuality”
The brand tapped Golden Globe-winning actress Emma Corrin as the fragrance’s ambassador. They said in a press release that the campaign will showcase the “Miutine spirit in motion.”
“The scent represents all the aspects that I treasure and respect the most in myself and others: rebellion, expression, originality,” they said. “It’s one for the free spirits.”
Miutine by Miu Miu will be available for purchase on August 20, 2025.
