
On January 24, 2025, Swiss-based company Givaudan announced its full year results for 2024. The company’s group sales at the end of the year were CHF 7.41 million, an increase of 12.3% compared to 2023.
“We are very pleased with our financial performance in 2024, driven by a high level of volume-related sales growth across all markets, segments and customer groups,” said chief executive officer Gilles Andrier. “We are fully on track with our 2025 strategy and have continued confidence in our portfolio and the broad range of capabilities that we have to support the growth of our customers. These industry-leading results once again confirm the unique position of Givaudan and we are proud of the entire Givaudan organization in delivering these outstanding results.”
The fragrance and beauty segment of Givaudan’s business experienced the largest growth over the year, with a sales increase of 14.1%. The taste and wellbeing segment saw an increase of 10.7% over 2024. Regionally, sales in Latin America increased by 27.3%.
In addition to the sales report, Givaudan announced the appointment of Antoine Khalil as president of taste & wellbeing effective April 1, 2025. He has been with the company for over 20 years and has held various roles in market research, key account management, and commercial and creative center management.
