On May 13, 2025, Axxence Group announced that Ron Honing stepped down as chief executive officer of the company on May 6. The board of directors appointed Michael Klamm as the group’s new CEO, effective immediately.

Klamm joined Axxence in November 2024 as president and chief executive officer of Axxence Corporation in the United States. He has held previous roles at Lyondellbasell, Renessenz and Symrise, and he has expertise in navigating complex markets and fostering international collaboration.
As part of the leadership transition, Bob Kleinhenz, former president and CEO of newly acquired Purely Natural, will take over as commercial executive vice president and will lead the company’s global sales team.
