On April 23, 2025, natural aroma ingredient supplier Axxence announced the acquisition of Purely Natural, a Florida-based supplier of natural flavor ingredients. The acquisition continues Axxence’s expansion in the U.S. market and enhances its commercial capabilities.
According to the company’s press release, Bob Kleinhenz, president and chief executive officer of Purely Natural, will join Axxence Corporation as commercial executive vice president. Further, Axxence will take ownership of Purely Natural’s shares, operations, intellectual property and customer relationships.
