
Flavor and color company Sensient Technologies reported its financial results for the fourth quarter, which ended December 31, 2024.
According to the results, reported revenue increased by 7.8% to $376.4 million compared to the previous year. Further, the flavors and extracts group reported a revenue of $188.1 million in the fourth quarter, an increase of $5.2 million from the last year’s fourth quarter. The company stated that the revenue benefitted from favorable pricing and higher volumes.
“As expected, Sensient delivered strong performance in 2024, driven by solid volume growth and sales wins, particularly in natural colors,” said Paul Manning, chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Sensient. “Our results demonstrate our ability to succeed in the markets we participate in and the strength of our portfolio.
Looking ahead to 2025, the company expects to see mid-single-digit growth in revenue and mid-single-digit to high-single-digit growth in adjusted EBITDA.
